Kathleen C. Yosko
President and CEO
Since 1998, Kathleen Yosko has served as president and chief executive officer of both Marianjoy, Inc. and Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital. Marianjoy, Inc. is a network of the Marianjoy hospital and area clinics. She also serves as president of Marianjoy Medical Group, a physician clinic that specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
In her role as president and chief executive officer of Marianjoy, Ms. Yosko represents the hospital and serves as an advocate for people with disabilities on the following boards or committees:
In 2007, Ms. Yosko was named Chairperson of the Board of Directors of AMRPA.
She is a member of the Chicago Network, a group of distinguished women business leaders that is affiliated with the International Women’s Forum, the Women’s Health Executive Network, the Executives’ Club and the Economics Club of Chicago.
Among her many honors and awards are:
- 2006 Civic Leadership Award from CeaseFire, and initiative of the Chicago Project for Violence Prevention
- 2004 AMRPA’s INDE award, which stands for Inspired, Notable, Dedicated, Efforts
- 2002 YWCA Outstanding Woman Leader Award
- 2001 The Business Ledger’s “Influential Women in Business” Award
- 2001 Today’s Chicago Woman “Top 200 Women Who Make A Difference,”
- Community Connection Award from the American Occupational Therapy Association
- 1995 Don Burke Award for Executive Excellence from the Illinois Association of Rehabilitation Facilities
- Carlow College Alumnae Service Through Health Care Award
- Touchstone Award from the American Society for Health Care Marketing and Public Relations
- American Hospital Association’s First Annual Strategy Award from the Hospital Society for Planning and Marketing.
Ms. Yosko has been active in other professional organizations. She served as the chair of the Medical Rehabilitation Education Foundation (MREF) and also served on the governing council of the American Hospital Association. Ms. Yosko has also served on the Governor's Community-Based Long Term Care Reform Committee. |

Corky Bellile, MS, CCC-SLP
Vice President, Outpatient Operations and Allied Health Services
Corky Bellile joined Marianjoy in 2002. As Vice President of Outpatient Operations and Allied Health Services, she is responsible for overseeing the inpatient and outpatient therapy programs and services including the Oakbrook Terrace Wellness Center. Ms. Bellile is a member of several professional associations including the Illinois Speech-Language Hearing Association (ISHA) and the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is currently serving as a Board Member of WonderWorks, a children’s museum in Oak Park. She received her B. S. in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Ball State University in Indiana in 1984, followed by a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Christian University. |

Ken Bowman
Vice President, Business Development and Network Services
Ken Bowman is the Vice President of Business Development and Network Services for Marianjoy, managing major projects in support of strategic initiatives with primary focus on new programs and services and the enhancement of existing Marianjoy programs. In addition, Mr. Bowman works to expand Marianjoy's catchments area into secondary markets, and to develop strong referral relationships with key hospitals and physicians. Previously Mr. Bowman was the Executive Director of Rehabilitation Services at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. He earned his Illinois Nursing Home Administration License in 1994 and served as Facility Administrator for HCR Manor Care Health Services in Naperville, Illinois. Mr. Bowman was appointed to the position of Senior Organ Transplant Procurement Coordinator at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago after playing a key role on the artificial heart research project at Rush. Mr. Bowman has represented the State of Illinois on Capitol Hill as a Illinois Delegate with the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging in Washington, D.C. He hold B. S. and M. S. degrees from Governors State University in University Park, Illinois. |

Teresa Chapman, SPHR
Vice President, Human Resources
Teresa Chapman is the Vice President of Human Resources for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in Illinois, of which Marianjoy is a member.
She has been employed with the system in a variety of HR positions since 1988. In her role she is responsible for ensuring all human resources policies, procedures, practices and programs are carried out. In addition. Ms Chapman is the Marianjoy Mission Designate, coordinating the planning and implementation of our annual Mission Integration Plan, ensuring the Marianjoy Mission, Vision and Values are guiding principles for all associates. Ms. Chapman has a B. A. in Psychology from Central College in Pella, Iowa, and has attained the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (S.P.H.R.) from the Society of Human Resources Management. |

Nancy Cutler, RN, MS, CRRN
Vice President, Nursing Services and Clinical Support
Nancy Cutler joined the Marianjoy management team in 2002. She provides leadership for nursing services and clinical support services such as respiratory, pharmacy, infection control, and food services, as well as contracted services of radiology, EKG, dialysis and laboratory. She is also responsible for admissions, health information, transcription, risk management and case management. She is a member of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN), American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), Illinois Coalition for Nursing Resources (ICNR) and the College of DuPage Healthcare Leadership Council. Ms. Cutler holds a B. S. in nursing and a master’s degree in nursing administration from St. Xavier University in Chicago. |

Michael Hedderman
Vice President, Finance/Chief Financial Officer
A member of the Marianjoy management team since May 1985, Mike Hedderman became Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer in October 2000. Mr. Hedderman is responsible for all facets of accounting, reimbursement, materials management, and patient financial services. He received a B. S. in Accounting from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois, in 1978 and is a member of various professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. |

Denise S. LeBloch
Vice President, Marketing and Communications
Denise LeBloch is the Vice President or Marketing and Communications for Marianjoy. In this position she is responsible for all aspects of advertising, public relations, promotions, community wellness, marketing and communications. Previously Ms. LeBloch was the Vice President of Operations for Oral Health America; the Director of Development and Communications for the American Fund for Dental Health; and the Manager of Community Program Development for the American Dental Association. She has two B. S. degrees from the University of Illinois: Health and Safety Education and Community Public Health. Ms. LeBloch is a Certified Health Education Specialist. |

Paul Pyrcik
Vice President, Development
Paul Pyrcik is responsible for the planning and implementation of all fundraising efforts for the Marianjoy Foundation, including annual giving and special project/capital programs. He works with the CEO to recruit members of the Hospital and Foundation Boards and the President’s Advisory Council, and supports community and government relations. Prior to joining the Senior Leadership at Marianjoy, Mr. Pyrcik worked as Director of Development for Central DuPage Health and as Director of Community Investment for Waste Management, Inc. in their community investment and internal audit departments. He has a B. S. in Commerce from DePaul University in Chicago. |

Noel Rao, M.D.
Vice President, Medical Affairs
Dr. Noel Rao has been a member of the Marianjoy staff for more than 20 years, leading clinical services, research, and residency training efforts. Previous to being named Vice President, he served as Marianjoy’s Medical Director. Dr. Rao is a physiatrist specializing in the areas of brain injury, neuromuscular disorders, EMG, orthotics, urodynamics and equilibrium testing. He is active in research conducted at Marianjoy, with 20 publications in referred journals and more than 50 competitive papers presented at national meetings or published in abstract form in referred journals.
Dr. Rao is currently conducting research with a grant from the National Institute of Health. He is a guest examiner at the Oral Board Examination of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a member of the editorial board for The Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation, and Associate Professor at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rush Medical College. Dr. Rao received the 2005 Distinguished Physician Award from the Indian American Medical Association of Illinois. |

Margaret Rumpsa
Vice President, Marianjoy Medical Group Physician Practice
Margie Rumpsa has responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the physician practice, focusing on physician recruitment and retention and physician alignment with organizational strategies of financial viability, patient service, and clinical excellence. In addition, her role includes ensuring adequate physician manpower to meet current and future patient care needs, compliance with regulatory and reimbursement guidelines, and overseeing policies that guide patient care and administrative activities, as well as adhere to safety and accreditation standards. Most recently, Ms. Rumpsa was an Administrator of six divisions, clinics and centers for the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Prior to Mayo Clinic, she worked for Evanston Northwestern Healthcare as Administrative Director of the Medical Group. Ms. Rumpsa has a B. S. in Operations Management from Roosevelt University in Chicago and an M.B.A. in Healthcare Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago. |
