Dr. Mayo-Ford joined the Marianjoy Medical Group in 2005. She earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine, and completed her residency at Georgetown University Hospital/National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, D.C. Dr. Mayo-Ford is affiliated with the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine. She is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and is the medical director of rehabilitation services at Westlake Hospital in Melrose Park, Illinois.
