Marianjoy Student Clinical Orientation Process

INSTRUCTIONS

Please complete each step as you prepare for your clinical experience within Marianjoy. After you review each document, close out the document and return to this page to proceed to the next step.

Step One:

Access and read the Student Orientation Manual

Access and read Marianjoy's Patient Rights document

Step Two: 

Access and print a student orientation checklist. Bring the checklist with you on your first day.

Step Three: 

Access and read the appropriate OSHA and safety information for Marianjoy.

Step Four:

Print a Confidentiality Statement. Bring the signed form on your first day.  Print an Electronic Signature Form.  Bring the signed form with you on your first day.

Step Five:

Access and read the Ethical Religious Directives

Step Six:

Access and read the HIPAA/Privacy Introduction Training.

Step Seven:

Access and read about the "Expectations for the Journey."
Please print and sign the Expectations for the Journey Commitment Statement.
Bring the signed form on your first day.
