Your Stay at Marianjoy

Northwestern Medicine Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital provides a full range of patient care. Our network of facilities and physician clinics brings care closer to where you live and work. At our main campus in Wheaton, you can receive acute care and outpatient therapy. The campus features:

  • 127 private patient rooms
  • Gardens
  • A labyrinth
  • A chapel
  • A meditation room

What to Expect

When you are admitted, your care team, which includes your physician, nurses and therapists, will evaluate your condition. The evaluations will help your care team create a plan to help meet your needs and goals.

During your stay, you will have therapy sessions to help you recover. Typically, you will have at least three hours of therapy a day on at least five days per week.

After you leave Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, you can keep doing therapy with outpatient rehabilitation and day rehabilitation programs. You can also set up appointments for rehabilitation treatment with a Regional Medical Group physiatrist.
